This series of reed relays (BFS-1C-W) comprised a normally open channel with a normally closed channel (1 Form C, SPDT). In addition, this series has passed the high temperature (125C) test with load voltage at 200V and carrying current at 0.5A.

In terms of design and manufacturing, elements such as ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, platinum, and tungsten are sprayed on the switch contacts to improve reliability and stability. We created a vacuum inside the reed glass tube and filled it with inert gas, significantly improving our reed relay's internal resistance, reliability, and service life.
