What does the “C off” or “Output Capacitance” value mean in the Opto-MOS Relay data-sheet?
Capacitance in our Opto-MOSFET Relay refers to the amount of electrical charge stored. The lower the capacitance value, the lesser the power required to drive the MOSFET inside the relay. TOWARD RELAYS’ Opto-MOS Relay has an output capacitance value as low as 3pF.
Below are our most popular Opto-MOSFET Relays with low capacitance values.
- 21RS Series: 40V/250mA/13pF
- 45 Series: 60V/200mA/20pF
- 46 Series: 80V/80mA/3pF
- 58 Series: 1800V/30mA/10pF
