What does the “Ron” or “On Resistance” value mean in the Opto-MOS Relay data sheet?
Lower resistance makes the current flow less difficult.
The “Ron” or “On-Resistance” value in the data-sheet refers to the resistance value between the drain and the source of the relay during operation.
Our Opto-MOSFET Relays can provide ultra-low on-resistance down to 0.02Ω.
