Our High Voltage Reed Relay (2 Form A) can carry voltage up to 10,000Volts with load current at 5 Amps, resulting in a power rating of 50Watts. We have options of 5VDC/ 12VDC and 24VDC for Nominal Coil Voltage. Our High Voltage Reed Relays combines a robust and reliable reed switch with a coil to serve customers with high voltage switching demands. To dramatically improve the reed switches' reliability and lifetime within these relays, we sputtered ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, platinum, and tungsten on the contacts. The relays are then hermetically sealed to ensure superior performance. After assembly, we test these High Voltage Reed Relays thoroughly. Test items include Coil and Static Resistance, Dynamic Contact Resistance (the resistance when reed contact is active), Stability, Insulation Resistance, Operate and Release Voltage, Operate Time, Overdrive, Aging, and many more.
