Our Opto-MOSFET Relays are solid-state relays focusing on high load voltage capabilities with the relay's input and output optically isolated. They are applicable in both DC and AC applications. Our Opto-MOSFET Relays combine characteristics such as long operational life (due to its contactless design), ultra-small size/ weight, low drive current, high insulation, excellent shock resistance, high-speed switching, silent operations, and superior performing linearity. We applied Silicon Carbide as material for MOSFET to further improve load voltage capabilities, boosting load voltage up to 3300V. To ensure our Opto-MOSFET Relays are strong enough to operate in fluctuating conditions, most of our Opto-MOSFET Relays are ACE-Q101 certified. All manufacturing processes are done in 1k grade cleanrooms in Bright Toward's Hsinchu factory with ISO9001 and IATF16949 credentials.
